   千甲鎢鋼股份有限公司創立於1994年，從事硬質合金的粉末冶金製造，擁有美國 Vacuum Industries 公司製造之真空燒結爐一部，美國Hydramate 公司製造之35噸自動成型油壓機一部，國產之3噸自動成型壓機五部， 以及簡易型油壓機10噸級、50噸級各一部，初期以超硬合金碳化鎢毛胚生產為主要業務，以開模量產之方式經營， 產品含蓋各式各樣之刀具及耐磨零件。

   至1997年，應高爾夫球頭製造廠商要求研發配重用途之高比重鎢合金材料並開始量產，其後陸續開發電極用之鎢銅材料、頁岩油開採工具、雪地輪胎釘等產品，持續為業界提供品質優良的客製化產品以及開模、加工等服務。本公司以接受客製化的訂單量產為主，運用豐富的經驗幫助客戶設計節省成本與實用度兼具的產品，主要生產流程有：模具設計，製作、毛胚壓型燒結、後段研磨精加工等工序…等，竭誠歡迎您的洽詢！

   UP & TOP METALS Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, specializing in the powder metallurgy manufacturing of hard alloy. We possess one vacuum sintering furnace manufactured by Vacuum Industries in the USA, one 35-ton automatic molding hydraulic press manufactured by Hydramate in the USA, and five domestically produced 3-ton automatic molding presses, along with one each of 10-ton and 50-ton simple hydraulic presses. Initially, our main business focused on the production of tungsten carbide blanks using hard alloy as raw material, operating through mold opening and mass production methods. Our products encompass various types of cutting tools and wear-resistant parts.

   By 1997, in response to requests from golf club head manufacturers, we began researching and developing high-density tungsten alloy materials for weight distribution purposes, and subsequently commenced mass production. We have since developed tungsten-copper materials for electrodes, shale oil extraction tools, snow tire studs, and other products, continuously providing the industry with high-quality customized products and services such as mold opening and processing. Our company primarily focuses on accepting customized orders for mass production, utilizing our rich experience to help clients design cost-effective and practical products.
